To the end of 2004, the Romanian Ministry of Administration and Interior has launched the draft laws for the four local services of public utilities, local public tansport service among them.
URTP has been involved in getting the draft law for public transport service to its final form, assuming provisions both of the European legislation and the Romanian legislation for this area of activities, remaining in force the promulgation of the new legislation.
